The prompt

Build a Venetian canal city about 60x60 in front of me, set on stone foundations at the water's edge. Read the terrain under the whole footprint first so every foundation sits on the ground or in the water on every side, no floating edges. Three canals of water in stone channels run through the city, with arched stone bridges over them, and about 12 varied tall townhouses, no two alike, with white, pink and yellow terracotta walls, dark tile roofs at different heights, recessed arched windows, stone balconies, a stone cornice and quoins at the corners. A grand domed basilica faces a big paved square in front facing me, and a tall brick bell tower stands at the corner of the square. Wooden mooring poles and lanterns along the canals, and trees in a few courtyards. White, pink and yellow terracotta, stone bricks, smooth sandstone, brick and dark tile.
